(STATS) -- Chattanooga will name John Carrolls Tom Arth as its next head football coach, according to reports.Arth, 35, has compiled a 40-8 record at John Carroll over the last four seasons. This season, he was named the Division III coach of the year, leading a national semifinalist that won an outright Ohio Athletic Conference title for the first time since 1989 and beat longtime powers Mount Union and Wisconsin-Whitewater.Last week, Chattanooga coach Russ Huesman departed after eight seasons to take over the Richmond program.
