BUDAPEST, Hungary -- Sebastian Vettel believes Ferrari was a lot faster than Red Bull at the Hungarian Grand Prix but the nature of the Hungaroring circuit made it impossible for him to pass Daniel Ricciardo for third place.Vettel finished within a second of Ricciardo after closing in on the Red Bull in the final stint. Red Bull pitted Ricciardo early for his second stop to put pressure on the leading Mercedes drivers, but in doing so he ended up on eight-lap older tyres than Vettel in the final stint which allowed the Ferrari to attack.I think we were a lot faster but it is Hungary and you need to be more than a lot faster, he said. I think we had half a second to a second when Ricciardos tyres started to drop off and doing small mistakes but not enough for us to get past.We had a fresher set after his early stop and we knew we could come back at the end but we were not fast enough.
