TALLAHASSEE, Fla. -- Florida State senior receiver Jesus Bobo Wilson will miss the rest of the season after undergoing foot surgery on Monday, coach Jimbo Fisher said.Wilson was injured Oct. 15 and has missed the last two games. He attempted to rehab the foot injury, but the swelling persisted. He opted for surgery, which ends his college career.Wilson is second on the team with 30 catches, and his 390 yards trail only Travis Rudolph.Sophomore receiver Nyqwan Murray is playing well in Wilsons absence, as hes accounted for 15 catches, 249 yards and a touchdown over the last two games.The loss of Wilson impacts the Seminoles on punt returns, too; Wilson is fourth nationally with a return average of 17.2 yards.Earlier this season, he returned a punt 89 yards for a touchdown. It was Florida States first punt return for a TD since 2012.Junior safety Trey Marshall is day to day with concussion-like symptoms.
